Fruit and Yoghurt Popsicles

[gallery type="slideshow" ids="1740,1739,1742"] As the summer heat rises, so is my appetite for cold water and cooler dishes. But one can only drink so much water to hydrate oneself. But wait, before you give in to a can of of ice cold coke, here is a simple recipe that can help keep us from straying to pop sodas. A fruit-yohurt popsicle is an healthy way to stay cool. Blend 1 large banana, juice of 1 lime, with half a bowl of yoghurt and 3 teaspoons of organic palm sugar together. Pour the blend into your popsicle moulds. (makes 4 pops with moulds from Muji) Freeze overnight.
