If you enjoy our product, you can be our advocate by simply referring the brand to a dear friend and award yourselves with $10 discount for both your next purchases. Time to get your cape on and champion our brand!
To start earning points and discount vouchers, you need to create an account. Whilst you may already be a customer with us, you will still need to create an account to access your rewards program.
A verification request will be sent to the email address you have created the account with. The message may be directed to your spam / promo / update / junk folders, so do take a peek into those folders if the verification email did not arrive right after your account creation.
By choosing the option "Activate Your Account" from the verification email, you will be transferred to your account immediately.
Tap on the icon found on the bottom right of the screen to launch your rewards status panel. Follow instructions from the panel to start earning points!
If you are unable to complete the verification process reach out to us via Messenger, which is accessible via the icon found on the bottom right of our home page.
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our site, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used. In the event that you change your mind, you may request for a point restitution via our available communication channels.
