When you join our Smarts Rewards Program, you earn 9 points for every dollar spent at our store. Every 100 points is worth $1 discount. You may redeem up to US$20 in discount value for your purchases.

To enjoy the above benefits, you will need to create a shopping account. Upon signing up, a verification request will be sent to the email address you have provided. Choose the option "Activate Your Account" from the verification email and you will be directed to your account immediately.
Tap Earn Rewards found on the top menu bar of our website to launch your rewards status panel. Follow the instructions in the launched screen to start earning points!
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR REWARDSSelect Earn Rewards found on the top menu bar of our website to log into your account. Once logged in, select All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
Select the award you wish to redeem and you will be directed to a page showing the coupon code. You may copy the code or click on button "Apply Code" . Doing the latter will automatically apply the coupon code at checkout.
The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used. In the event that you change your mind, you may request for a point restitution.
