Delivery Terms


The following policy is applicable to purchases of products which are in stock only. If you have custom ordered an item, we will advise you, prior to your payment of purchase, the estimated delivery time.

Please read carefully the following prior to placing your order:
• All shipments are dispatched once a week on Monday 1700 Hrs (GMT +1).
• All purchases made before Friday 16:00 (GMT+1) of the week will be shipped on the following Monday 17:00 (GMT+1).
• We advise customers to verify the shipping address prior to making their payments and also when an email acknowledgement is received.
• Except for Minuterie items, all products will be shipped via courier service.
• We advise that you use a delivery address in which you or your recipient will be present to receive item(s).
• As delivery hours and handling of parcels differ in different countries we are unable to accept any responsibility for any delay due to such circumstances.
• 72 Smalldive does not accept any responsibility for the retrieval of items delivered to wrong home address, submitted by purchaser.
• If item(s) gets returned to us, we will communicate to you via email and resend the item(s) to you upon receiving your updated address. We may apply a handling charge of € 15.00 for such instances.
• If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customerservice@72smalldive.com before Friday 1800 Hrs of the same week you have made the purchase.

Important: Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advised customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
After your order has been dispatched, you may request tracking information from us at customerservice@72smalldive.com
If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you two dispatch confirmation e-mails to advise which items have been dispatched in each parcel. Please note that your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery period, however each parcel may arrive at a different time.
