Do you accept returns?
We accept and provide free return shipping for only purchases bought directly from us under specified terms stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy. If you have made a purchase via our partnering stores, please refer to the stores returns and refunds policies.
Do you accept cash payments?
We accept cash payments for only deliveries in Singapore. You may request to make a cash payment with a request via our inquiry page. Our store concierge will process your request within the next 24 hours. Please note that the product will only be released upon receipt of cash payment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries internationally. Different countries may have specific custom import requirements, our Shipping policy contains information on taxes and duties and individual customer requirements living in specific countries.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
Your purchase is protected by Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) in Singapore and you may request for an exchange or refund. Instruction for submitting a request is detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy
Can I view product prior to purchasing it?
We have a free return and shipping policy that enables customers to view and return a product. To do so, the process is the same as purchasing via our website. Your payment will be refunded to you according to our Returns and Refunds Policy Products must be returned with all packaging and tags in good condition.
We do allow discretionary exceptions for a select of our returning customers. You can request to view products without having to make payments first. You may submit your request via our inquiry page. We reserve the rights to refuse any exception request at any time without reasons or notification.
What is the delivery time for a pre-ordered item?
Pre-ordered items are typically shipped within 1.5 months from the date of your purchase. The duration may differ during peak seasons such as July-September and November-December. Any changes to the delivery times will be communicated to you regularly.

Do you collaborate with Drop-shippers?
At present, we have listed our products for drop-shippers who have signed up with Modalyst and Spocket. If you are already a member of the mentioned platforms, you may search for our products in their platforms. We can consider requests outside these platforms on the basis of technical feasibility. We welcome your proposals via our inquiry page.
What are your return and refund policies for drop-shippers?

Who do we speak to concerning Wholesale orders?
There are various channels to reach out to us regarding wholesale orders. In the United States we have partnered with Faire to enable a more efficient process in choosing and placing your orders with us. Detailed information may be found in our page Wholesale Trade
How do I order corporate gifts online?
To make a order, visit our Corporate Gift shop segment. You may choose the quantity and color for your order. Further instructions on placing your corporate gift order may be found in our corporate gifting guide.
Can I view corporate gifts samples?
You may request to view products samples via our inquiry page. For requests outside of Singapore, we require a deposit payment for the samples to be shipped to you. If samples are not available, we may suggest the next available sample in similar leather texture or leather color.
