Items in this collection include all bag styles, wallets, and belts. These items may be purchased directly online subject to stock availability. The inventory count of these products are synchronized via Modalyst app.
Items in this collection include factory seconds, past season stocks, and or showroom samples. These items are sold at greatly reduced prices for the reasons stated in the product description (in bold). Shipping, return, and exchange policies are different for this category of product. This is a new service that 72 Smalldive exclusively offered to our clientele in Singapore. The service is offered to Modalyst merchants as wholesale option. Products are made to order by customers. Customers may select from a range of colors available from the bespoke service. The delivery of the product may vary between 1.5 months fo 2 months. FAQs of our bespoke service may be accessed here
WHERE DOES 72 SMALLDIVE SHIP FROM?
We have two shipping locations: Singapore and Milan, Italy. The majority of our products are shipped from Singapore. The delivery lead time should not differ between the two shipping locations, with the exception of outlet items. The paragraph on delivery times contains further elaboration on delivery times of outlet items.
WHERE DO 72 SMALLDIVE SHIP TO?
The countries we ship frequently to are
- North America: The USA, Canada
- The UK and EU Countries (excluding Balkan, Central & East European)
- Asia Pacific: China & HK SAR, Japan, South Korean Taiwan
- South East Asia
However, we do not exclude shipping to countries not listed above. We do however request the merchant provide us all necessary information required for custom clearance and release of the shipped goods.72 Smalldive reserves the right to cancel and refund an order to any countries not listed in above, if information related to custom clearance are not specified when requested.
DOES 72 SMALLDIVE SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE MY BASE COUNTRY OF OPERATION?
Online stores that ships internationally are kindly requested to provide detailed shipping requirements, apart from recipient's address, to 72 Smalldive. In selected countries, customers are required to provide social tax ID, declare value of monthly online transactions, or engage a broker in handling the custom clearance of a product. It is the responsibility of the merchant that the customers and your dropshipping partner, in this case 72 Smalldive, are aware of such information.

Shipping and clearing requirements by different countries may change from time to time, we advise merchants to get updated on requirements when handling sales orders from countries outside the base of their business operations.72 Smalldive reserves the rights not to process the drop-shipping items when these requirements are not satisfied.
72 Smalldive processes all order fulfillment within 3 working days. By the 3rd working from the date of purchase, merchant should receive tracking information of the order.
Whilst we disclose our delivery lead time as 7-14 days, most of our packages arrive at customers' address within 7 working days with exception of delays due to customs clearance, absence of recipient at shipping address, and force majeure related incidents
All products, except discount outlet products, are shipped on Express Economy service. Discount outlet products are shipped via Priority Registered Mail service
DOES 72 SMALLDIVE PACK PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP'S LABELLED PACKAGES?
72 Smalldive will consider packing instructions required by merchant. All our items are packed in non-bleached, acid free, off-white tissue paper, protected with bubble wrap and clear plastic. Products will carry a product care label and related marketing print out.
Any packaging materials that differ from the above will be considered non-standard packaging requirements. Merchants with non standard packaging requirements are kindly requested to submit requests via Modalyst messenger box or via our website
Cost incurred in the provision of non standard packaging requirements, including shipping of the packaging to 72 Smalldive fulfilment centers, will be at the expense of the merchant.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

72 Smalldive products are handmade in limited quantities and sold at affordable prices, frequent product exchanges is destructive to our business sustainability. For this reason we adopt a strict exchange and return policies to ensure abusive and fraudalent online purchasing behaviour is avoided.
72 Smalldive is aware that its exchange and refund policies may differ from merchants thus 72 Smalldive encourages merchants to offer their customers discounts to dissuade customers from requesting full refunds if products are not defective or not incorrectly delivered. The offered discounts may be incurred at the expense of 72 Smalldive. Merchants with frequent refund transactions for non-defective products will be informed by 72 Smalldive to validate customer before their next orders are processed.
