Payments & Orders
- We accept payments through Paypal, Credit, and Debit Cards.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- Our checkout currency is in SGD; your payment will be processed at the latest exchange rate by your card issuer.
- An automated confirmation email will be sent upon order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
- Our products ship from Singapore.
- Except for pre-orders, purchases leave our warehouse within 2 working days, and a tracking email is sent once the parcel ships.
- Our delivery times are 1-3 days within Singapore and 7-14 days internationally post-warehouse release.
- We ship worldwide through DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, and regional shippers.
- Free shipping is available with a minimum order amount; consult our Shipping Policy for rates.
- International purchases may incur tax and duties charges; consult our Shipping Policy on tax and duties charges for specific regions.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer free local and overseas returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Exceptions may be considered for delayed shipping.
- To return an item, you will need to submit your return/exchange requests. with your order ID.

Warranty
- Your purchase is protected by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) in Singapore.
