SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our products are shipped from Singapore.

Except for pre-orders, purchases will be shipped out of our warehouse within 2 working days. The tracking email will be sent to you once the parcel has been shipped.

Once item has been released from the warehouse, the delivery time for Singapore is 1-3 days and international destinations is between 7-14 days.

We ship worldwide through DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, and regional shippers.

We offer free shipping with a minimum order amount. You may consult our shipping rates disclosed on Shipping Policy.

Purchases outside of Singapore may be subjected to tax and duties charges applicable at destination. You may refer to our shipping policies on tax liabilities and required ID documents that may apply to your purchase if you reside in China, GCC, Korea, Mexico, and Russia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We offer free local and overseas returns for any items returned within 15 days.
- Submit your return/exchange request through our return center with your order ID.

WARRANTY

Your purchase is protected by Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) in Singapore and you may request for an exchange or refund if item malfunctions, not due to wear and tear, within 6 months of your purchase.

PRE-ORDER

As a small slow fashion label, our aim is to get closer to our customers and eliminate overproduction.

Products in sizes or styles that are least demanded by our core customers may not always be available.
- For these reasons we release our products in limited runs periodically and when stocks run out, we encourage our customers to pre-order.
- When an item is out of stock, look for the pre-order option. Proceed with your purchase as you normally would with this option.
- For products without pre-order options, your may reach out to our store concierge for assistance.
- Your pre-order will typically be delivered between 6-8 weeks except during July-Sep and Nov-Jan.
- Your may encounter delay with your pre-ordered item, for this we seek your patience and understanding as making each item is a laborious process.
